Front of House Team Leader

Location: Rogerstone

Contract: Full-time

Salary: £24,960.00 per year

Reports to: General Manager

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week some weekends are required on a rota pattern.


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our busy hospitality team. In this role, you’ll lead by example, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll support and motivate the team, manage service standards, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front of house operations and team performance

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

  • Assist with staff training and development

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • A positive, hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure

  • Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
