We are thrilled to be hosting a fabulous tasting evening in collaboration with locally renowned, Award-Winning, White Castle Vineyard.

What to expect:​
​Throughout the evening you'll enjoy 5 tasting Welsh wines from the Award-Winning White Castle range, thoughtfully accompanied by 5 courses of carefully paired cheeses and our chefs signature canapés - see the menu below!
Robb and Nicola from White Castle will share the fascinating stories behind each sip and give you an insider’s look at the vineyards history.
To round off the night, relax and enjoy live music from local, Abergavenny singer Ben Huws!​ You can also enjoy exclusive case wine deals and all the cheeses you have tasted available to purchase to take home.

Tickets: £50 per person
Your ticket includes the full 5-course menu, wine tastings, live entertainment, and a memorable experience with two proudly local Welsh brands.

Welsh Three Cheese Arancini
Caerphilly, Aged Teifi & Hafod Risotto Balls, Tomato Fondue, Shaved Truffle
2nd course
Glamorgan Scotch Egg
Soft Boiled Burford Brown Egg encased in leek, Black Bomber & Mustard Sausage, Dylans Brown sauce, burnt leek oil
3rd course
Hake
Brown butter baked hake, creamy white wine sauce, wild garlic oil, samphire, Pembrokeshire potatoes
4th course
Salt Marsh Gower Lamb
Lamb breast rolled with a capers, fresh herbs, Welsh Feta & lemon, labneh, roasted tomatoes, flatbread
5th course
Welsh Cheese & Crackers
Perl las, Perl Wen, Hafod cheese, Rosemary & garlic crackers, hot honey, red onion chutney

You must be over 18 to book on to and attend this event. ID may be required at the event. Due to the nature of the set menu, we are unable to cater to any specific dietary requirements. Additional food and beverages outside of the set menu will be at an additional charge and will need to be paid for on the night, as well as any purchases made in our shop.
