We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Catering Assistant to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers in our busy and welcoming café.

About The Role

As a Front of House Catering Assistant, you will be the face of The Garden Kitchen, providing outstanding customer service while helping to create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and serving customers with a friendly and professional manner.
Taking food and drink orders and operating the till also assisting customers with the QR code ordering
Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.
Supporting the café team with food service and presentation.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café.
Clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
Assisting with stock replenishment and general front-of-house duties.
Working collaboratively with kitchen and café colleagues to ensure smooth service.

What we're looking for:

A positive, can-do attitude and passion for customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Barista Experience preferable but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Previous hospitality, café, restaurant, or catering experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
