Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented Visual Merchandiser Advisor to help bring our spaces to life—especially for the magical Christmas season! With a permanent position at our brand new Abergavenny Garden Kitchen, this is your chance to be part of something inspiring.

Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our dynamic Visual Merchandising team, you will:

Design and execute seasonal and Christmas-themed displays that captivate our customers.
Transform our Garden Kitchen with imaginative, on-brand visual experiences.
Ensure displays are visually engaging, accessible, and meet our brand standards.
Collaborate with store teams to keep displays fresh and products showcased beautifully.
Contribute to the exciting launch and ongoing evolution of our Garden Kitchen concept.
Adapt and update displays throughout the year for seasonal changes, promotions, and customer trends.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous visual merchandising experience—retail, garden centre, or homeware experience is a bonus.
A creative eye with a strong flair for festive and seasonal design.
Sharp attention to detail and a passion for impactful, inspiring displays.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on working environment.
Experience with garden, lifestyle, or seasonal products is an advantage.
