Temporary, Part Time Front of House

We have an opportunity to join our thriving family-run establishment on a temporary, maternity cover contract.

 

This position is 20 hours per week, including weekends.

 

If you are passionate about food, drinks and coffee whilst serving customers in a hospitality setting, then this could be the position for you.

 

The successful candidate will:

• Be enthusiastic, confident and have excellent customer service skills

• Expect to be consistently busy throughout their shift

• Be required at times to be flexible across departments

• Have experience working in high volume hospitality establishments

• Love to work as part of a team

• Demonstrate high standards of food hygiene

• Have a basic understanding of health and safety

• Have a flexible approach to working hours

   

Duties will include;

• Being confident and positive in your interactions with customers at all times

• Being big on relationship building with customers to encourage repeat visits

• Maintaining The Garden Kitchen to showcase it in it’s very best light, always

• Promoting a safe environment for you, your team and customers, we have safety guidelines to support you.

• Serving great coffee, drinks, and delicious food made to The Garden Kitchen’s high standards

• Ensuring you follow The Garden Kitchen’s Steps of Service at all times, to deliver the highest standard of customer service to all
