Opening in January 2026, The Garden Kitchen in Abergavenny will serve as the gateway to the town, offering an elevated culinary and lifestyle experience from the moment guests arrive. This new location will feature a larger restaurant space, showcasing artfully crafted, seasonal dishes made with the finest local ingredients. Enhancing the dining experience, the store will also include a private hire event space, a gourmet deli, an artisan food hall, a curated selection of elegant gifts, and a beautifully styled collection of houseplants — all thoughtfully designed to inspire and delight every visitor.

Helpful Info
Bookings - We only require bookings for Afternoon Teas. Sunday Lunches (available in Autumn and Winter), Supper Club and any stand-alone events. Please see our drop down menu for more details.
Pooches - Whilst we love our furry friends we are unable to allow dogs inside, but we do have a lovely covered outdoor seating area where dogs are welcome.
How To Get To Us
By Train

Arrive at Abergavenny Railway Station.

From the station, it’s around a 15–20 minute walk to Mill Street.

The most direct route is to walk straight down Station Road, then continue towards the town centre, where Mill Street is located nearby.
By Bus
Abergavenny has a well-connected bus network, and Mill Street is only a short walk from the Abergavenny Bus Station, making it very easy to reach by public transport.

Most local and regional services, including routes from Monmouth, Brecon, Hereford, Newport, Merthyr, and surrounding villages, arrive at Abergavenny Bus Station.

The bus station is located just off Monmouth Road, and from there it’s only a 2–4 minute walk to Mill Street.

Simply exit the bus station and follow the signs or short footpath leading towards Mill Street / Town Centre.
On Foot (from the Town Centre)
If you’re already in the centre of Abergavenny:

Head toward Monmouth Road / the Bus Station area.
