To celebrate St David's Day we're being joined by one of our favourite local Welsh suppliers and businesses Caws Teifi Cheese and Dà Mhìle Organic Distillery to host a royal Welsh knees-up!
At this event you'll enjoy a welcome drink followed by a 5 course, fully Welsh menu curated by our chef using 100% locally sourced, Welsh ingredients. You will also be served two tipples to toast with throughout the evening, each one mixed with spirits from Dà Mhìle Organic Distillery in Ceredigion- Iechyd Da!

This celebration will of course be complete with live music performed by wonderful Welsh singer, Savannah Mountain.

About your hosts; Caws Teifi Cheese / Dà Mhìle Distillery
Caws Teifi Cheese is located on an organic family farm in Ceredigion where the family make award-winning artisan cheeses from the finest, locally sourced organic raw milk. Their cheeses have won countless first prizes and gold medals at The Royal Welsh Show, The Nantwich Show, The British Cheese Awards, The Great Taste Awards and The World Cheese Awards.
Dà Mhìle (pronounced Da-Vee-Lay) is an organic distillery based on that same family farm in Ceredigion. They make a range of spirits that are inspired by their surroundings & environmental ethos and are testament to Welsh craftsmanship that puts passion for quality and flavour at the heart of every bottle. "Our farm & the surrounding land is at the centre of everything we do. It is where we get the wood from to heat our still and is the source of spring water that creates our unique spirits."
